Returns

You can register products for an exchange or a refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel. We do not accept returns on our briefs due to our very strict hygiene policy. 

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and placed in the original packaging including all tags. If this is not respected, we will not accept your return. 

Our return process is quick and easy. Please follow these steps below to return an item:

  1. Please contact us at returns@barestockholm.com and we will assist you with your return label. (Please make sure to ship your return back to us within 7 days after receiving your label, as the label may expire after that.)
  2. Place the items in the original package. 
  3. Attach the return label on top of the package. 
  4. Drop the parcel at your closest delivery access point. 

Exchange

Free return shipping for exchanges within Sweden. Please e-mail us at returns@barestockholm.com with the model, size and color you would like to exchange to. 

Refund

For refunds, we ask you to cover the return shipping. We will send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refunded amount.
