Where can I find information about exchanges and returns?

The product I’m looking for is out of stock. What do I do? 

If a product is out of stock and you would like to be notified when it's back in stock, please select your size on the product page and select the "notify me" button. You can then enter your e-mail, as soon as the product is back in stock you will be notified by our team. 



How do I change the address in the checkout?

From the check-out page you will be able to change or update your shipping adress before confirming your order. 

Where can I find my order details once it has been placed? 

Once you have placed and confirmed the order, you will receive an e-mail with all the purchase details. 

Can I change or cancel the order after I have placed it?

Unfortunately we are not able to cancel an order once it has been confirmed at check-out. We do offer free returns for exchanges in Sweden in case you would like to change something in your order. 

How do I change the quantity of products in my bag? 

From the shopping bag on the top right corner, you can add and remove quantities of the product selected. You will also be able to make these changes on the check-out page. 



Which payment methods can I use? 

You can pay by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express) or PayPal.

Do you save sensitive or secure details such as credit card information? 

We only store contact information for your convenience and you are able to remove these at any time. We never store any information regarding payment details or credit card information. 

Where do I enter a discount or promotional code? 

A promotional or discount code can be entered at check-out under the "promotion code" field in the order summary. Please enter your code before placing the order. 

Can I ship an order to a different country?

If you are paying with credit card, your billing and shipping adress should have the same country location. If you would like to ship to a different country from your residence, please pay via PayPal. 


Where do I find the tracking number for my order? 

Once your order has been confirmed and shipped, you will receive an e-mail with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your parcel until it's delivered to you. 

How long will it take for my order to arrive? 

Our standard delivery usually takes around 1-5 business days depending on your country of residence.

Returns & Exchanges 

How do I return an item that I have purchased?

You can register products for an exchange or a refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel. Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and placed in the original packaging including all tags. If this is not respected, we will not accept your return. We do not accept returns on our briefs due to our very strict hygiene policy.

How long does it take to receive a refund? 

We aim to process refunds as soon as we receive back the returned products at our warehouse. However depending on busy periods it can take longer, we will send you an e-mail when the refund has been processed. Please feel free to get in touch with us if for any reason you have not yet received a refund within an acceptable time frame. 

How do I exchange an item? 

Please e-mail us at with the model, size and color you would like to exchange to and we will arrange the return of your products and send out the new ones.
