We offer free shipping on all orders within Sweden. For orders in Europe, please see shipping cost at checkout.

For orders to the United States shipping cost is 10 USD, please take into consideration that custom fees will need to be paid by you. 

For orders to Norway shipping cost is 80 NOK, please take into consideration that custom fees will need to be paid by you. 

Products that are in stock are normally delivered within 1-2 business days in Sweden and 2-7 business days in Europe. The expected delivery time for an order is set out in the order confirmation. In case of delay in delivery, we will inform you and continue to monitor the order. You may cancel the order if a delivery is delayed for more than 30 days and the delay is not due to you.

Depending on delivery method you may be required to pick up the order at a specific delivery point. You are required to pick it  up within the time specified in the notification of delivery. If you do not pick up the parcel in time you may be charged a fee and the parcel may be sent back to us at your expense.


You can register products for an exchange, store credit, or a refund within 14 days after receiving your parcel.

Please make sure all returned products are unworn, unwashed, and placed in the original packaging including all tags. If this is not respected, we will not accept your return. We do not accept returns on our briefs due to our very strict hygiene policy. 

Our return process is quick and easy, to register a return please contact and we will assist you with your return label. Please make sure to ship your return back to us within 7 days after receiving your label, as the label may expire after that.


Free return shipping for exchanges within Sweden. Please e-mail  us at with the model, size and color you would like to exchange to. 

Store Credit

Free return shipping for store credit within Sweden. Please e-mail us at to register your return and to receive the amount you paid in store credit. Please note that the store credit expires after one year. Please also note that it's not possible to choose store credit if you paid with Klarna.


For refunds, we ask you to cover the return shipping. We will send you a pre-paid return label and deduct the return shipping cost from your refunded amount.
